ABOUT THE TEACHERS:
Marita Maeland has a deep understanding and reverence for the healing powers of the practice of yoga.
She has studied and taught internationally as a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner
Marita teaches vinyasa (flow), Yin (gentle) as well as deeply restorative yoga, always in the spirit of self-love and personal development. Marita’s passion lies in empowering others to embrace their beauty and strength, thus finding the courage to live and practice from the heart.
Anne Siv Aasen is a certified yoga teacher and has studied in Switzerland, Bali and New York.
Diagnosed with a herniated disc and sciatica, she was sentenced to a lifetime of chronic pain by doctors.
Defying all odds, with yoga as her tool she has overcome chronic pain and limitation.
In her classes, Anne Siv focuses on technique and alignment. To best meet the student needs, different yoga accessories are used throughout the class.
She teaches a wide range of classes including prenatal, classic yoga, vinyasa flow and restorative. Anne Siv Aasen has become a beacon for people struggling with chronic pain and disease.
ABOUT THE CHEF:
Ina Luckute is a health coach, aromatherapist, ayurvedist and chef specializing in healthful vegan and raw food.
Having been raised in a vegeterian family focused on healthy living, her passion for food as a way of life runs deep and inspires greatly. Ina creates food that nourish not only body but soul.
